FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How old does my child have to be to attend Kidko?
To attend our Preschool Program children need to be at least 3 years old and potty trained. To attend our Out of School Program, children have to be at least currently attending kindergarten to no older than 12 years old.
Should I sign up for part time (2 days a week) or full time (3 days or more a week) kindergarten?
This all depends on how many days you will require care. Every day your child attends Kidko is considered a day of care. So, if you require before and after school care 1 day a week and full day care 2 days it would be best to register full time.
Are you open full days when my child does not have kindergarten.
Yes, we run a full day kindergarten program when your child does not have school. Please note that we are closed on all statutory holidays.
Can my child attend full day preschool?
No, unfortunately not at this time. We ask that you either pick an am or pm class as stipulated by our preschool licence.
